As I have several injuries, my doctor advised me not to attend a regular gym where there is minimal supervision. However, once I showed him the information from EMS Gold Coast and how EMS works, he advised me to give it a try. Under the guidance of the excellent EMS Gold Coast PTs, I have experienced a vigorous workout at each visit.
I now have less pain in my joints and I’m feeling fitter and more mobile than I have for a long time. The studio and equipment are fresh, clean and sanitary.

I have been going to EMS Training for only a couple of weeks and during that time I have noticed the strength in my left leg (which was badly affected from a Slipped disc) improve immensely .
I was unable to use my leg to pull me up stairs and had to go each step with a right leg first. I have also notice my ‘canteen arms’ have toned and don’t flap in the wind (so to speak) The one on one instruction is great, with the electrodes stimulating the muscle groups as you work out.
This is different to any ‘gym’ you may have been to, the electrodes can be customized to each muscle group as to what they can handle. You get a lot done in a 20min session. Wishing the team all the best for the future.
